Install Underpriced AI as a web app

Underpriced AI runs in your browser on web or mobile, so there is nothing you have to install to start scanning. If you want it to open like an app, add it to your home screen. This is called a PWA, a progressive web app.

Add it on iPhone or iPad

1. Open underpricedai.com in Safari.
2. Tap the Share button.
3. Choose Add to Home Screen.
4. Confirm the name and tap Add. The icon now sits on your home screen and opens full screen.

Add it on Android

1. Open underpricedai.com in Chrome.
2. Open the browser Menu.
3. Choose Add to Home Screen and confirm.

Settings also has instructions, and from a desktop you can scan the QR code there to open the site on your phone.

What you get

The home screen version is the full app: scanning by photo or upload, barcode lookups, your inventory and scan history, profit tracking, the sourcing calculator, and publishing to a connected eBay or Bonanza account. Sign in with the same account you use everywhere else and your scans and plan follow you.

Camera scanning works in the browser too. Tap "Take Photo" on the scan screen and allow camera access the first time you are asked. If you get a black screen, camera permission is blocked for the site: re-enable it in your browser or phone settings, or tap "Upload" and pick a photo you already took.

When you still want a real app or a computer

The iOS and Android apps give the smoothest camera experience, so if you scan a lot in the field they are worth having. For cross-listing to Facebook Marketplace, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Vinted, Etsy and others in one click, you need the Chrome extension on desktop Chrome or Edge, because phone browsers cannot run extensions. On a phone, use the paste kit on each item page instead: tap-to-copy fields plus Share Photos and Download Images.
