You retain ownership of the images and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store your content as necessary to provide the Service.
Our Content
The Service, including its design, features, and AI technology, is owned by Underpriced AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology.
Third-Party Integrations
When you connect third-party accounts (such as eBay), you agree to comply with their terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party platforms.

- AI valuations will reflect actual market prices
- Item identifications will be accurate
- Generated listings will result in sales
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNDERPRICED AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
