• Payments: Stripe for subscription billing and payment processing (including Stripe Financial Connections where you link a bank account). Stripe handles your card data; we never store full card numbers.
• Hosting, Storage & Email: Amazon Web Services (AWS) for hosting, storage of your uploaded item photos, and email delivery.
• AI Processing: Anthropic for analysis of the item photos and details you submit to generate price estimates.
• Marketplace Integration: eBay, when you choose to connect your account, to fetch sold-comp data and publish listings you create.
• Analytics: Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics for website usage analytics.

These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and are only permitted to use your data as necessary to provide services to us. We do not sell your personal information.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request access to or deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise these rights, use the account-deletion tool in your Settings or email support@underpricedai.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We also use analytics cookies and similar technologies from Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device type, approximate location derived from IP address, and aggregate usage) so we can improve the product.
