Vendoo vs List Perfectly vs Crosslist: 2026 Prices and Limits
Vendoo, List Perfectly and Crosslist compared on price, listing limits, marketplaces and auto delisting, read from their pricing pages on September 18, 2026.
I get asked this one in support more than any other tool question, usually in the form of "which one should I pay for." So I sat down with all three pricing pages open on September 18, 2026 and wrote down what they actually charge and what each plan leaves out. Here's the table. The rest of the post is the part the table can't hold.
| Vendoo | List Perfectly | Crosslist | Underpriced AI | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cheapest paid plan | $14.99/mo ($12.49 billed yearly) | $29/mo | $29.99/mo | $5/mo |
| What that plan caps | Unlimited items | Unlimited listings, 25 AI listings a month | 200 new listings a month | 30 scans a month |
| Free tier or trial | Free plan with 5 items, 14 day trial on paid | 100 free listings with a money back guarantee | 3 days or 20 listings, whichever comes first | First scan free, then $0.25 a scan or a $3 five scan pack |
| Marketplaces | 10+ (eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, Grailed, Vestiaire, Shopify, Vinted) | 9 (Depop, eBay, Etsy, Facebook, Grailed, Mercari, Poshmark, Vestiaire, Vinted lite) | 11+ | eBay (10 countries) and Bonanza direct, plus 12 more by extension |
| Sale detection and auto delist | Yes, on every paid plan | Only on Pro Plus, $99+/mo | On Gold ($39.99) and up | eBay is ended by API; the others get a reminder |

Facts checked September 18, 2026 against each company's own pricing page. If a price on this page and a price on theirs ever disagree, theirs wins, and tell me so I can fix it.
The quick answer
If you already know what your items are worth and you list more than a couple hundred a month, Vendoo is the cheapest full crosslister and it includes auto delisting on the $14.99 plan. That combination is the thing to notice. List Perfectly makes you pay $99 or more for the same delisting. Crosslist makes you pay $39.99.
If you're a high volume clothing seller who lives in Poshmark and Depop, List Perfectly's Pro tier has sharing and Poshmark tools the others don't.
If your problem starts one step earlier, at "what is this thing even worth," none of the three help you. That's the gap we built into. More on that below, and I'll be honest about what we don't do.
Vendoo
Vendoo's page lists a free plan with 5 items, then Starter at $14.99 a month or $12.49 a month billed yearly. Starter is unlimited items across all their marketplaces, and it includes sale detection with auto delisting. Growth is $29.99 and adds AI listing enhancement, bulk actions up to 240 listings and 300 background removals. Pro is $59.99 and adds auto offers on six or more marketplaces, Poshmark, Depop and Grailed sharing, 1,500 background removals and listing videos. Every paid plan has a 14 day trial.
The thing I'd underline: unlimited items and auto delist for $14.99. Two years ago that was a $30 feature everywhere.
What Vendoo doesn't do is tell you what to charge. You type the price. If you priced it wrong, you crosslisted a wrong price to ten places.
List Perfectly
List Perfectly starts at $29 a month for Simple, which is unlimited crosslisting with basic fields (title, description, price) and 25 AI generated listings a month. Business at $49 adds bulk import, the enhanced fields (brand, color, size, SKU, keywords, UPC, condition), multi account support and sales analytics. Pro at $69 adds the description builder, unlimited drafts, shipping weight and dimensions, Poshmark tools and Shopify. Pro Plus is listed at $99 and up, and that's the tier where auto delist lives.
So the real price of a List Perfectly setup that pulls your other listings when something sells is $99 a month. Their trial is 100 free listings with a money back guarantee, which is generous, and I'd use all 100 before deciding.
The Simple plan copying only title, description and price is the detail people miss. Brand, size and condition don't cross until $49.
Crosslist
Crosslist prices by volume. Bronze is $29.99 for 200 new listings a month, Silver $34.99 for 500, Gold $39.99 for 1,000, Diamond $44.99 for unlimited. Gold is where autodelisting, CSV import and sales analytics start. Every plan has the universal listing form, autoposting, bulk actions, a mobile app, a background remover and shipping profiles. The AI add on is $4.99 a month on top of any plan. Annual billing gives two months free, quarterly gives 10% off, and it works in the US, UK, Canada and Australia.
The trial is three days or 20 listings, whichever comes first. Three days is tight. Block an afternoon and actually list through it.
If you're outside the US, Crosslist and Vendoo are the two on this page that say so out loud.
Underpriced AI
I'll keep this to what's true. We aren't a crosslister first. We're a pricing tool that also lists.
You photograph the item. We identify it and price it from real sold listings, then write the eBay listing from that, and publish it straight to eBay in 10 countries or to Bonanza. Plans start at $5 a month for 30 scans, and the first scan is free. If you'd rather not subscribe, it's $0.25 a scan or a $3 pack of five.
Crosslisting to everywhere else works through our free extension on desktop Chrome or Edge. Open the item, pick a marketplace, and the extension fills that marketplace's own listing form with the title, price, description and photos. You review, pick the category and post. It covers Facebook Marketplace, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Whatnot, Vinted, OfferUp, Etsy, District, Craigslist, 1stDibs and Ruby Lane. It runs in your browser, so we never hold your marketplace logins.
On a phone there's no extension. You get a paste kit instead: tap to copy each field and share the photos into the marketplace app. It works. It's more taps than the desktop version. I'd rather say that here than have you find out after paying.
When something sells, we end the eBay listing by API and remind you to pull the others. We don't auto delist on Poshmark or Mercari. If that reminder isn't enough for your volume, pair us with one of the three above for the delisting and use us for the price.
How to choose fast
Count last month's listings. Under 200 and you want everything delisted automatically: Vendoo Starter. Over 1,000 a month in clothing with Poshmark sharing: List Perfectly Pro. Volume seller who wants tiers to grow into and sells from Canada, the UK or Australia: Crosslist Gold. You spend more time wondering what things are worth than typing listings: start with us, and add a crosslister later if the reminder isn't enough.
