Death pile prioritizer

The Death Pile card ranks every item you have scanned but not listed, so you know exactly what to list first.

The Death Pile is the stack of things you bought, scanned, and never listed. The Death Pile card on your dashboard scores all of your unlisted items and ranks them by urgency, so you can start with the ones that cost you the most by sitting.

The card shows how many items are unlisted and highlights how many are urgent.

How the priority score works

Each item gets a score built from four factors:

  • Age, 30 percent: how long you have owned the item.
  • Category sell through rate, 25 percent: how fast items in that category sell.
  • Profit potential, 30 percent: expected profit from estimated value minus your costs.
  • Value density, 15 percent: higher value items get a small boost.

What the badges mean

  • URGENT, score 75 and above: list immediately.
  • HIGH, score 50 to 74: list soon.
  • MEDIUM, score 25 to 49: list when time permits.
  • LOW, score under 25: lower priority.

The small label above an item in the card is its urgency badge, not a comment on the item's value. A LOW badge means it is fine to leave that item for later, usually because it is newer to your inventory or sits in a slower category.

Work the list

  1. Open your dashboard and find the Death Pile card.
  2. Start at the top of the list, with URGENT items.
  3. Click an item to go straight to its detail page.
  4. Create the listing there: publish directly to a connected eBay or Bonanza account, or cross list to other marketplaces.
  5. Once an item is listed, it drops out of the unlisted count.

Get better scores

Profit potential is part of the score, so record what you paid for each item when you save it. The more items with a purchase price on file, the more the ranking reflects real money rather than estimates alone.

Frequently asked questions

What is the death pile in Underpriced AI?
It is the set of items you have scanned and saved but not yet listed. The Death Pile card on your dashboard scores each one on age, category sell through rate, profit potential and value, then ranks them so you know what to list first.
What does the LOW label above an item mean?
LOW is the urgency badge for items scoring under 25. It means the item is a lower listing priority right now, not that it is low value. The other badges are URGENT at 75 and above, HIGH at 50 to 74, and MEDIUM at 25 to 49.
How do I move death pile items into my inventory?
They are already in your inventory. Items in the Death Pile card are saved items that have not been listed yet. The next step is listing them: tap any item to open its detail page, then publish to eBay or Bonanza or cross list to other marketplaces.
