One App for Reselling: Price, List, Cross-List and Track Profit (Underpriced AI)
3:58 video
Most resellers juggle three tools: a price checker, a listing tool and a cross-lister. Three logins, three bills, and the same item typed in again and again. Tools like those run $30 to $50 a month, separately. Underpriced AI does the job of all three, plus inventory and profit tracking, in one app. Here is one seller's day, start to finish, with no retyping.
- Source it: one photo at the thrift store or estate sale, a price from real eBay sold listings, what you keep after eBay fees, and a Worth it, Thin or Pass call before you buy.
- List it: tap List this one on eBay. The title, price, photos, category and item specifics are filled in. Publish now or schedule it.
- Cross-list it: eBay we publish for you. For Poshmark, Mercari, Facebook Marketplace and more, the app, the step by step copy kit or the free Chrome extension fills in the form, and you tap Post.
- Organize it: your items, storage locations, SKU barcode labels, and the Sell tab that shows what to do next.
- See what you made: eBay sales come back with the real fees, profit on every item, and Analytics with a yearly Tax Report.
- Plans: your first scan is free. Starter $5 a month for 30 scans, Pro $12 for 75, Pro Plus $24 for 160 with analytics and storage locations.

Three tools, one app
Most resellers juggle three tools. A price checker, a listing tool, and a cross-lister. Three logins, three bills, and the same item typed in again and again. Tools like those run 30 to 50 dollars a month, separately. Underpriced AI does the job of all three, plus inventory and profit, in one app. Here's one seller's day, with no retyping.
Source it
At a thrift store or an estate sale, open Scan and take a photo. Up to 12 photos of one item count as one scan. In a few seconds you see what it is, and a price from items like it that actually sold. Here, 65 dollars, about 56 after eBay fees. At the store, type what they're asking into Worth it. It says worth it, thin, or pass, after eBay fees.
List it
Bought it? Tap List this one on eBay. The title, price and photos are already filled in. The first time, you sign in on eBay's own page, so we never see your eBay password. Check the title, price and condition. The category and item specifics are filled in from your scan, and you can edit anything. Pick fixed price or auction, go live now or schedule it, and tap Publish Live on eBay. Nothing goes live until you tap it. A few seconds later it's live, with a link to the listing. Your first one takes about a minute.
Cross-list it
Same item, more marketplaces, no retyping. eBay lets us publish for you. Poshmark, Mercari and Facebook don't let apps post, so we do the typing, and you tap Post. On the item, under Create Listing, pick the marketplace. In the Underpriced AI app, tap Open the form with my listing. The marketplace's own form opens, filled in. You pick the category and size, and post. In a phone browser, tap Copy it step by step. Save the photos, then copy each field in the order the marketplace asks for. On a computer, the free Chrome extension fills in the form on Facebook Marketplace, Poshmark, Mercari and more. You check it and post. Posted it? Paste the listing link and tap Mark as listed, so your inventory knows where it's live.
Organize it
Items is your inventory. What it's all worth, the profit you've made, and every item with its status. Search, filter, or export it to a spreadsheet. Give each item a storage location, like a bin on a shelf in the garage. Tap Suggest for a SKU built from it, then Print label. Labels print on an Avery sheet or a thermal printer. Later, Scan label on the Items page opens the item as soon as the camera reads it. The Sell tab is your to do list. Not live yet shows anything eBay refused, and why. Under Live, a listing that's sat three weeks gets a lower price you can set with one tap.
See what you made
When an item sells on eBay, the sale price and the real fees come back on their own. Sold it somewhere else? Tap Mark Sold on the item. Each item's Financials shows revenue, costs and profit, with your ROI and margin. Add shipping or other expenses, and it updates. Analytics adds it all up. Revenue, profit, ROI and days to sell, and which sources pay best. Tax Report downloads the year as a spreadsheet.
