Analytics dashboard

The Analytics dashboard turns your recorded costs and sales into reports you can act on: what sells fastest, what actually makes money, and which sourcing spots are worth another trip.

Open Analytics

1. Click Analytics in the main navigation.
2. Review the key metrics at the top of the dashboard.
3. Drill into any report for the detail behind a number.

Analytics is included on the Business plan at $59 a month, which also includes 325 scans a month and Sale Finder. If the page loads but the reports are locked or empty for you, check your current plan in Settings under Subscription Plans.

The reports

• Revenue and Profit: total revenue, costs, and net profit over time.
• Category Performance: which categories are most profitable.
• Inventory Aging: how long items sit before selling.
• Sourcing ROI: which sources give you the best returns.
• Tax Report Export: a Schedule C ready CSV for tax season.

Choose a time range

Every view can be filtered by period: last 7 days, last 30 days, last 90 days, this month, last month, this year, or a custom date range. Comparing this month to last month is the quickest way to see whether a change in your sourcing or pricing is working.

Get accurate numbers

The reports read from what you have entered on each item, so a little data entry pays off:

• Record the purchase price, source location, and any inbound shipping when you save an item. Source location is what powers Sourcing ROI.
• Mark items sold with the sale price, platform, and outbound shipping.
• Connect eBay so auto sync pulls the real sale price, actual fees, and shipping charges for items you listed through Underpriced AI.

If a category looks unprofitable, open a few items from it and check whether the purchase prices are filled in before you change your buying habits.
