Analytics dashboard

The Analytics dashboard turns your recorded costs and sales into reports you can act on: what sells fastest, what actually makes money, and which sourcing spots are worth another trip.

Open Analytics

1. Open More, then Analytics.
2. Review the key metrics at the top of the dashboard.
3. Drill into any report for the detail behind a number.

Analytics is included on Pro Plus at $29 a month and every plan above it (Business, Power, Scale). If the page loads but the reports are locked or empty for you, check your current plan in Settings → Subscription.

The reports

• Revenue & Profit Trend: revenue, costs, and net profit over time.
• Sales Activity: items listed against items sold, month by month.
• Listing Age: how long items have been listed.
• Category Performance: how fast each category sells.
• Sourcing Performance: which sources give you the best returns.
• Tax Report: a Schedule C ready CSV for tax season.

Choose a time range

Every view can be filtered by period: last 30 days, last 90 days, last 6 months, last year, or all time. Switching between ranges is the quickest way to see whether a change in your sourcing or pricing is working.

Get accurate numbers

The reports read from what you have entered on each item, so a little data entry pays off:

• Record the purchase price, source location, and any inbound shipping when you save an item. Source location is what powers Sourcing Performance.
• Mark items sold with the sale price, platform, and outbound shipping.
• Connect eBay so auto sync pulls the real sale price, actual fees, and shipping charges for items you listed through Underpriced AI.

If a category looks unprofitable, open a few items from it and check whether the purchase prices are filled in before you change your buying habits.
