Plans and what they include

Your first scan is free with no card, and it is the full result: the identification, the price and the recent sales behind it. After that, pick a monthly plan or a credit pack. Every plan runs the same AI and includes identification, real-time valuations, listing generation, and eBay integration.

The monthly plans

• Starter, $5 a month: 30 scans per month, same AI as every plan. Or $48 a year.
• Pro, $15 a month: 100 scans per month, plus automatic price drops and overnight listing drafts. Or $144 a year.
• Pro Plus, $29 a month: 240 scans per month, plus inventory tools, Sale Finder and the analytics dashboard. Or $278 a year.
• Business, $59 a month: 550 scans per month with everything in Pro Plus.
• Power, $99 a month: 1,000 scans per month, roughly 33 a day, all Business features.
• Scale, $199 a month: 2,500 scans included, then 12 cents per scan on the same invoice so your scans never stop. Monthly billing only.

Every plan except Scale is also available with yearly billing, which saves 20 percent. Support is the same on every plan and pack: the help assistant plus email to the team.

Unused scans carry over

On a paid monthly or yearly plan, scans you do not use in a month carry over to the next month, up to one month's allowance, and carried scans are used first. The details are in the guide on when your scans reset.

What the higher tiers add

Profit tracking and financial fields are available broadly, so you can record purchase price, source location, and sale details on any plan.

Pro Plus and every plan above it add the inventory tools: hierarchical storage locations, custom tags, and bulk operations for archiving, deleting, and assigning tags or locations. They also include Sale Finder for estate, garage, and yard sales near you.

Pro Plus and above also get the analytics dashboard: revenue and profit, sales activity, listing age, category performance, and sourcing performance. The Schedule C ready tax report export lives on the Analytics page. Business is the same toolkit with 550 scans a month.

Choosing and changing

Pick the plan that matches how many items you scan in a month. If you scan occasionally, a credit pack may suit you better, since credits never expire. You can change plans yourself at any time in Settings → Subscription, so it is fine to start small and move up.
