Credit packs vs subscriptions
Credit packs never expire and suit occasional scanning; monthly plans cost less per scan if you source regularly.
There are two ways to pay for scans: a monthly plan, or a one-time credit pack. Both unlock every feature, including pricing, sold comps, cross-listing, inventory, and profit tracking. Your first scan is free with no card either way.
Credit pack prices
Packs are one-time purchases with no subscription required. Credits never expire and carry over month to month.
- 5 scans for $4, about 80 cents each
- 15 scans for $9, about 60 cents each
- 30 scans for $15, 50 cents each
- 50 scans for $22, about 44 cents each
- 100 scans for $40, 40 cents each
- 250 scans for $90, about 36 cents each
Bigger packs cost less per scan.
When a pack makes sense
Choose a pack if you source in bursts, if your scanning volume changes a lot month to month, or if you do not want a recurring charge. Because credits never expire, an unused pack is still waiting the next time you go out sourcing.
Packs are also the easiest way to top up. If you hit your monthly plan limit mid-month, buy a pack and the credits are used automatically once your plan scans are gone. You do not have to switch anything on.
When a subscription makes sense
If you scan regularly, a subscription is the better per-scan deal. Plans start at $5 a month for 20 scans, and the larger plans bring the per-scan cost down further while adding features like inventory tools on Pro Plus and the analytics dashboard on Business.
Buying either one
Go to Settings to view your current plan and usage, choose or change a plan, or buy credits. The Subscription section shows your live total of scans available, which is your monthly plan allotment plus any credit pack scans.
One thing to know before you buy: monthly plans and scan credit packs are non-refundable, since the first scan is free so you can try the product first. Annual plans are prorated on request for unused full months.
