Credit packs vs subscriptions

There are two ways to pay for scans: a monthly plan or a one-time credit pack. Each gives you full scans and profit tracking. Publishing straight to eBay or Bonanza from the app works on every account, free ones too, and so does the listing copy kit. The extras (inventory tools, Sale Finder and analytics) come with Pro Plus and above. Your first scan is free with no card either way.

Credit pack prices

Packs are one-time purchases with no subscription required. Credits never expire and carry over month to month.

• 15 scans for $7, about 47 cents each
• 30 scans for $12, 40 cents each
• 50 scans for $18, 36 cents each
• 100 scans for $32, 32 cents each
• 250 scans for $70, 28 cents each

Bigger packs cost less per scan.

When a pack makes sense

Choose a pack if you source in bursts, if your scanning volume changes a lot month to month, or if you do not want a recurring charge. Because credits never expire, an unused pack is still waiting the next time you go out sourcing.

Packs are also the easiest way to top up. If you hit your monthly plan limit mid-month, buy a pack and the credits are used automatically once your plan scans are gone. You do not have to switch anything on.

When a subscription makes sense

If you scan regularly, a subscription is the better per-scan deal. Plans start at $5 a month for 30 scans. Pro adds automatic price drops and overnight listing drafts, and Pro Plus and above bring the per-scan cost down further while adding inventory tools and the analytics dashboard. Unused plan scans carry over one month, up to one month's allowance.

Top-up scans on a plan

If you are on a plan and run out of plan scans, you can turn on top-up scans in Settings → Subscription: scans past your plan are 25¢ each, billed monthly to your card. It only covers a scan once your plan scans and any credits are used. Without a plan, a credit pack is the way to buy scans.

Buying either one

Go to Settings to view your current plan and usage, choose or change a plan, or buy credits. The Subscription section shows your live total of scans available: your plan scans this month, any carried over, and any credit pack scans.

One thing to know before you buy: monthly plans and scan credit packs are non-refundable, since the first scan is free so you can try the product first. Annual plans have a 30-day money-back guarantee: cancel within 30 days of buying or renewing and get your money back, less the card processing fee, if you have not scanned with your plan, or, if you have, everything except each month you've started at the monthly price plus any tax (and the fee). After that, cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access to the end of the year you paid for, with no partial refund. Annual plans bought before September 9, 2026 keep their original refund of unused full months on request.
