Refund policy

Your first scan is free with no card, so you can see how the identification and value range work before you pay anything. Because of that, our refund rules are simple and strict.

The short version

• Monthly plans: non refundable. You can cancel anytime yourself and you keep full access through the end of the period you paid for.
• Scan credit packs: non refundable. Credits never expire and carry over month to month, so unused scans are not lost.
• Annual plans: prorated. If you cancel partway through, we refund the unused full months on request. Partial months are not refunded.

If you upgraded by accident

An in app upgrade takes effect immediately and charges a prorated amount for the rest of your billing cycle, so a single tap can create a charge. Plans are non refundable, but you can stop any further charges right away:

1. Open Settings and go to Subscription Plans (underpricedai.com/settings).
2. Downgrade to a smaller plan, or cancel.
3. You keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.

How to request an annual refund or ask about a charge

1. Go to underpricedai.com/contact.
2. Ask for a person and leave the email address you signed up with in the box that appears, or email support@underpricedai.com from that address.
3. Tell us the charge amount and date so we can match it to your account.

If you see a charge you do not recognize, contact us the same way with your signup email and we will look into it. Before you write in, it is worth checking Settings to confirm which plan is active and when it renews, since a prorated upgrade charge and a renewal charge can look similar on a statement.
