Pause or cancel your subscription

Changing your plan is self serve. You do not need to email us, and you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.

Cancel or pause from Settings

1. Sign in on web or mobile and open Settings.
2. Go to Subscription Plans (underpricedai.com/settings). You will see your current plan and your usage.
3. From here you can upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel in a couple of taps.
4. To cancel, click Manage Subscription to open the billing portal, then click Cancel plan.

Cancelling stops the renewal. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, so there is no reason to cancel early in the month if you still have scans to use.

If you cannot sign in

Use the Cancel Subscription page at underpricedai.com/cancel-subscription. Enter the email on your subscription and we send you a one click cancellation link. No password or sign in needed. It stops the renewal the same way.

What happens to your data and listings

Cancelling only stops billing. Your account, saved items, scan history, and profit data stay exactly where they are, so you can pick up later if you resubscribe. Credit pack scans never expire, so any credits you bought are still on the account.

Listings you already published to eBay or Bonanza stay live on those platforms. Underpriced AI never removes them, so you can keep selling what you already listed.

Cancelling is not the same as deleting your account. Deleting is immediate and permanent, and it removes your items, images, and listings data for good. If you want to stop paying but keep your history, cancel instead.
