Delete your account and data

Deleting your account is permanent. It removes your account, scan history, saved items, images, and listing data, and it cannot be undone. If you only want to stop paying, cancel instead.

Delete from Settings

1. Sign in on web or mobile and open Settings.
2. Use Delete Account.
3. Confirm. Your account and all data are removed immediately.

Delete without signing in

If you cannot get into your account, go to underpricedai.com/delete-account and enter your email address. We send a one click deletion link, no login needed. The link expires in 30 minutes, so open it soon after it arrives.

Cancel vs delete

• Cancel subscription: billing stops at the end of your current period. You keep access until then, and your items, images, and scan history are preserved in case you come back.
• Delete account: everything goes immediately and permanently.

If you have an active paid plan, deleting the account does not refund it. Monthly plans and credit packs are non refundable, and annual plans are prorated on request, so handle any refund question before you delete.

Deleting less than everything

You do not have to delete the whole account to clean things up:

• Delete a single item: open it from the Items page and use the delete option in that item's actions. On Pro Plus and Business plans you can also bulk delete several items at once. Deleting an item is permanent, including its photos and valuation history.
• Disconnect a marketplace: go to Settings and disconnect eBay or Bonanza without touching the rest of your account.

One thing to know: listings you already published to eBay or Bonanza live on those platforms, not here. Underpriced AI never removes them, so end or manage those listings on the marketplace itself if you want them gone.
