Inventory

Bulk operations

Select several items on your dashboard to archive, delete, tag or assign a storage location in one step.

When your inventory grows, editing items one at a time stops making sense. Bulk operations let you act on a group of items from the dashboard. They are included with the inventory tools on the Pro Plus and Business plans.

Select the items

  1. Go to your dashboard on web or mobile.
  2. Select the items you want to change.
  3. Choose the bulk action you want to apply.

What you can do in bulk

  • Bulk Archive: move sold or donated items out of your active list and into the archive.
  • Bulk Delete: remove items permanently.
  • Bulk Assign Tags: add tags such as "Needs Photos" to every selected item.
  • Bulk Assign Location: set a storage location such as "Garage - Shelf 1" for the whole group.

Before you bulk delete

Deleting is permanent. Once an item is removed, its photos and valuation history are gone for good and cannot be restored. Two habits worth keeping:

  1. If the item is simply finished rather than a mistake, use Bulk Archive instead. Archiving keeps the record and the profit data.
  2. If you do want it gone, export your items to CSV first so you still have a record of names, brands, prices and image URLs.

Deleting a single item

You do not need bulk operations to remove one item. Open the item from the Items page and use the delete option in that item's actions. The same warning applies: deletion is permanent.

What bulk actions do not do

Bulk operations change your inventory inside Underpriced AI. They do not touch live listings on other sites. If an item is live on eBay, open that item and use the "End on eBay" button under "Listed on eBay" to end it there. There is no bulk delist across marketplaces, so listings you created by hand on other platforms still need to be ended on those platforms.

Frequently asked questions

Can I undo a bulk delete?
No. Deleting is permanent, and the item's photos and valuation history are removed for good. If you only want the item out of your active list, use Bulk Archive instead, which keeps the record and your profit data intact.
Which plans have bulk operations?
Bulk archive, bulk delete, bulk assign tags and bulk assign location are part of the inventory tools on Pro Plus at $24 a month and Business at $59 a month. On other plans you can still delete or edit items one at a time from each item's actions.
Can Underpriced AI remove an item from every marketplace at once when it sells?
No. There is no bulk delist across platforms. For eBay, open the item and use the "End on eBay" button under "Listed on eBay" to end that listing directly. Listings you posted yourself on other marketplaces have to be ended on those sites.
