Export your inventory to CSV

You can download your item list as a CSV file that opens straight into Excel or Google Sheets. There are two places to do it, and both are available on every plan.

Export from your dashboard

1. Go to your Dashboard.
2. Use the Export button in the toolbar.
3. The file downloads through your browser like any other file.

This export respects any filters you have applied, so you can narrow the list first, for example to one tag or one storage location, and export only those items.

Export from Scan History

1. Open the Scan History page.
2. Use the export option to download all of your scans.
3. The file arrives named underpriced-inventory followed by the date, for example underpriced-inventory-2026-08-25.csv.

What is in the file

The export includes item names, brands, category, value and prices, condition, descriptions, tags and image URLs. Common uses:

• Import into cross-posting tools such as Vendoo or Crosslist.
• Track inventory, costs and sell-through in your own spreadsheet.
• Keep an offline record before you delete or archive items.

Re-downloading an export

There is nothing stored in the app to go back and find. The file is generated fresh each time you click, so to get it again just click Export again. The new file reflects your inventory as it stands today, not as it stood on the day of an older download.

This is not the tax report

The Tax Report button on the Analytics page is a different file. That one is a Schedule C ready accounting export with per item revenue, cost of goods sold, fees, shipping and net profit, plus summary totals. Use the dashboard or Scan History export when you want your item list, and the Tax Report when you want the numbers for tax season.
