I cannot log in

Most sign-in trouble comes down to one of four things: you are using a different sign-in method than the one you signed up with, you forgot your password, your browser is blocking Google sign-in, or you cannot get your two-factor code. Work through these in order.

Check which method you used to sign up

Your account is tied to one email address. If you created it with Continue with Google, or with Apple, use that same button instead of typing a password you may never have set. If you get in and the account shows an email you do not recognize, that address is the one your account was created under, so use it from now on.

If the create-account page tells you your email is already registered, an account already exists for that address. Go back to the sign-in screen and sign in rather than signing up again.

Fix a Google sign-in that loops back

If Continue with Google sends you back to the create-account page, your browser is blocking the cookies or scripts Google sign-in needs. This usually happens inside another app's built-in browser (a link tapped in Gmail, Facebook or a text message) or with strict privacy and ad blocking settings.

1. Open Chrome or Safari directly, not a link inside another app.
2. Type underpricedai.com in the address bar.
3. Tap Continue with Google from there.

If it still loops, create the account with your email and a new password (not your Google password). You will get a confirmation email, and you can connect Google to the account later in Settings.

Reset a forgotten password

If you signed up with an email and password, request a password reset from the sign-in screen and check your inbox, including spam. If you never set a password, you almost certainly signed up with Google or Apple, so use that button instead.

Enter your two-factor code

With 2FA turned on, you enter your email and password, then the current 6-digit code from your authenticator app. Codes rotate, so use the one showing right now. If you lost access to the app, use one of your backup codes to log in, then go to Settings, then Security, to reset 2FA.

Still locked out

Contact us at underpricedai.com/contact with the email you signed up with. You do not need to be logged in to cancel a subscription (underpricedai.com/cancel-subscription) or to delete an account (underpricedai.com/delete-account).
