Connect your eBay account
Link eBay in Settings to publish listings with one click, auto-fill item specifics, and get sale prices and real fees back automatically.
Connecting eBay lets you publish listings straight from Underpriced AI, view and manage what you have listed, and get sale data back automatically when an item sells.
Connect your account
- Go to Settings and open Connections.
- Choose the option to connect eBay.
- Log in to your eBay account when prompted.
- Authorize Underpriced AI to work with your account.
The connection uses OAuth, so we never see or store your eBay password. You can disconnect at any time without touching the rest of your account, and international eBay accounts work too.
What the connection gives you
- One-click publishing from the Create Listing section on any saved item
- Category search and selection
- Required item specifics detected for the category and pre-filled from your scan where possible
- Return and shipping policy options, plus business policies support if you have them enabled
- A view listing link after you publish, and the ability to manage the listing from the item page
- eBay auto-sync, which records the sale price, real fees and shipping charges when the item sells
Set your country first
Your prices, sold comps and eBay marketplace come from the Country field on your account, not from your phone or browser. Open Settings, find Country near the top of your profile, pick the right one and save. Direct eBay publishing supports the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands and Belgium.
Bonanza connects the same way
Go to Settings, open Connections, click Connect Bonanza, log in to Bonanza, and authorize access to your booth. After that you get one-click listing creation with category mapping from eBay and a view listing link after publish.
Poshmark, Mercari, Facebook Marketplace and District do not offer public APIs, so there is nothing to connect for those. Use the Chrome extension on desktop, or the copy buttons on the item page, to move your listing content over by hand.
Frequently asked questions
- Does Underpriced AI store my eBay password?
- No. Platform connections use OAuth, so you log in on eBay's own screen and authorize access. We never see or store your marketplace passwords, and you can disconnect eBay from Settings at any time without deleting your account or your saved items.
- Can I connect an international eBay account?
- Yes. Direct publishing supports the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands and Belgium. Set the Country field in Settings so your prices, sold comps and currency match that marketplace. If your country is not supported, prices default to the US marketplace in USD.
- How do I connect Poshmark or Mercari?
- You cannot connect them directly because Poshmark, Mercari, Facebook Marketplace and District do not offer public APIs. On desktop Chrome or Edge, the free extension opens each marketplace's own create form with your title, price, description and photos filled in. On mobile, use the copy buttons on the item page.
