Currency and country settings

Your prices, currency and marketplace links come from the Country set on your account, not from your phone or browser location. If you are in the UK and seeing USD and ebay.com links, the Country field is what you need to change.

Change your country

1. Open Settings on web or mobile.
2. Find the Country field near the top of your profile.
3. Pick your country from the list.
4. Save the change.

Saving is the step people miss. If you pick a country and navigate away without saving, your prices stay on the old marketplace.

Changing the country switches your prices to the matching eBay marketplace, currency and shipping defaults. Set it to the UK and you move to eBay UK in GBP. Set it to Italy and your sold comps come from ebay.it in EUR.

Which countries are supported

Supported countries are the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium and Mexico. If your country is not on the list, prices default to the US marketplace in USD. Identification, listing generation and profit tracking still work anywhere.

Direct eBay publishing covers 10 countries: US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands and Belgium.

If your account and your location do not match

When your account Country and your actual location disagree, Settings shows a small prompt offering to update it for you. Accept it and save.

If you see an error while saving, choose a specific supported country from the drop-down rather than a generic option, then save and reload the page. If it still will not save, contact support at underpricedai.com/contact using the email you signed up with.
