Troubleshooting

The price shows the wrong currency

Fix prices showing in USD or linking to ebay.com by updating the Country on your account, then re-pricing older scans.

If your results show USD and link to ebay.com while you sell in another country, your account Country is set to the US. Currency and marketplace follow that setting, not your phone, browser or IP address.

Fix it in Settings

  1. Open Settings on web or mobile.
  2. Find the Country field near the top of your profile.
  3. Select your country.
  4. Save, then reload the page.

After saving, prices use the matching eBay marketplace, currency and shipping defaults. A UK account gets sold comps from ebay.co.uk in GBP. An Italian account gets ebay.it in EUR.

If your account Country and your real location do not match, Settings also shows a small prompt offering to update it for you.

Older scans still showing the old currency

Changing the country affects the pricing you get going forward. For an item you scanned before the change:

  • Use Re-price on your Scans list to re-run the latest market data. It does not use a scan credit, and you can re-price each item once every few hours.
  • Or open the item and use Re-analyze if you also want to add hints or corrections. Re-analyze costs one scan credit because the AI runs again.

If your country is not supported

Supported countries are the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium and Mexico. If yours is not listed, prices default to the US marketplace in USD. Identification, listing content and profit tracking still work, and you can edit the price on any listing before you publish or copy it.

If saving your country returns an error, pick a specific supported country from the drop-down rather than a generic option and save again. If it keeps failing, contact support at underpricedai.com/contact with the email you signed up with.

Frequently asked questions

Why is my free scan priced in USD?
Pricing follows the Country set on your account. Until you change it, results default to the US marketplace in USD. Open Settings, set the Country field near the top of your profile, and save. Later scans then use your local eBay marketplace, currency and shipping defaults.
Do I have to rescan an item after changing my country?
No. Use Re-price on your Scans list to re-run the latest market data on a past scan. It is free and does not use a credit, and you can re-price each item once every few hours. Re-analyze also refreshes the valuation but costs one scan.
Which countries get localized pricing?
The US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium and Mexico are supported in the Country setting. Sold comps and currency match that marketplace. If your country is not on the list, prices default to the US marketplace in USD, while identification and listing features still work.

Try it on web or mobile

Your first scan is free, no card. Plans start at $5 a month and packs at $4 for 5 scans.
